Do Teluris products contain preservatives?
We are committed to the health of your skin, so we avoid all synthetic preservatives that harm the skin’s microbiome. (Please remember that all water-based skincare needs a preservative to stop it from going off, so we use natural preservatives instead).
Is Teluris cruelty-free?
Non-negotiable: Teluris is proudly Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals or distribute them to countries requiring animal testing. We do not pay another company to conduct testing, and suppliers must prove that they do not test on animals.
Is Teluris vegan?
All of our products are vegan.
How long do products stay fresh, and how best to store them?
For optimal freshness, use the products within 12 months after opening. For best results, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Do Teluris products contain artificial fragrances?
No, all Teluris products are free from artificial fragrances.
Why is a Teluris product fragrance-free but still has a scent?
Our products are free from artificial fragrances. Any scent present comes naturally from the botanical and active ingredients in the formula.
Why does the color of a Teluris product change over time?
Our products are formulated with natural colorants, which may gradually fade over time due to exposure to light, heat, and air. Direct sunlight can accelerate this process. These natural changes do not affect the product’s quality or effectiveness.
Payment
Is it safe to order Telurius products online?
Please rest assured that ordering from Telurius online is safe and secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay and PayPal. Klarna is available for US orders over $35.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Orders are subject to sales tax from Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and Texas. Teluris is not responsible for these fees. They are calculated by the local government and are subject to change.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact info@teluris.com and one of our customer service team will be in touch soon. Don’t forget to include your order number, full name and reason for changes.
What to do when I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
We are so sorry. Please contact us at info@teluris.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and our team will sort this out for you. Don’t forget to include a photo of the incorrect or damaged item.
How can I check the status of my return or refund?
After receiving your returned item and approving your refund, please allow 3 - 10 business days for funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
What is the policy for 30-day returns?
We want your skin to be completely happy with your purchase. Teluris allows 30-day returns for all products purchased from our website, and US return shipping is free of charge. Please email info@teluris.com, and we will email you a label for free return shipping.
Store credit will be issued if the returned item has less than 50% of the product left in the bottle or jar.
Please note that we can’t refund your original shipping costs because these are paid directly to the carrier. (Teluris does not refund lost or stolen orders).
